Coaches lack tools to systematically track individual skill progression across technical, physical, and behavioral dimensions. Parents have no visibility into their child's training attendance or development trajectory. Club administrators struggle with member management, payment tracking, and cross-group coordination.

Solution

A purpose-built platform with role-based access control and Row-Level Security ensuring data isolation between organizations. The unified dashboard architecture serves all roles from a single URL namespace with automatic role switching. Features include a structured exercise library with difficulty levels, a completion tracking system, coach skill scoring with radar chart visualization, weekly plan builder, player comparison tools, and a complete manual payment tracking system — all wrapped in a mobile-responsive PWA.
